Fenns Incorporated was founded in 2005 by directors Doug and Gregg Fenn. Their goal was to build a firm that would bring genuine chartered accountant and audit expertise to mid-sized businesses – that is, enterprises with degree of complexity, genuine ambition and a stated need for a trusted partner.
Shaped by this vision, Fenns has grown into a multi-branch group with nationwide offices and an offshore presence in Mauritius. We serve clients across a wide range of industries including tourism, healthcare, automotive, retail and professional services. Our growth trajectory has been geared to the needs of our clients as we have deepened our expertise and experience.
Today, Fenns is an experienced, multi-partner firm that has retained the relational quality that defined us from the start. Greg Fenn
Mossel Bay and George
Greg is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and has been working in the Auditing, Accounting and Taxation field for more than 25 years.
Doug Fenn
Douglas is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has more than 25 years experience in auditing, accounting, taxation and financial management.
Jenna Dix
Jenna has been with Fenns for over 10 years as the monthly accounting manager. Her passion is accounting and she enjoys working with people. She is a dedicated and detail-orientated accounting professional.
Iain Duthie
Iain is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and registered tax practitioner. He started his career at Deloitte as an audit clerk. His passion for problem solving and systems implementation earned him a reputation as the ‘go to’ guy for anything technical. He gained valuable tax experience as a manager at a Port-Elizabeth based consulting firm before joining the Fenns team in Cape Town. He enjoys people and loves a good debate. He oversees tax consulting and financial statement preparation.
Yonel Chateau
Yonel is a senior accountant and has been working in the accounting and taxation field since 2011. He holds a Diploma in Financial Management of Commercial Units.
